Volunteer Board of Directors and Committee
Members
Most financial institutions have a Board of Directors. What makes
your credit union different is that these Board members and Committee
members, all of whom belong to the credit union, volunteer their
time and service. These volunteer Directors and Credit Committee
members are elected by the membership of the credit union. The Supervisory
Audit Committee Members and Board Recording Secretary are appointed
by the Board of Directors.
